WE ARE HALF WAY THROUGH 2009 AND WE ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT 2005 2008 STRATEGY. THE SENATES RECOMENDATIONS HAVE BEEN WATERED DOWN AND VICTIMS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT OF FUTURE PLANNING . THIS IS A SHAME BECAUSE VICTIMS ARE IN THE BEST POSITION TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS NEEDED. The Senators were paid for their work on the Senate Enqy but since then they have done very little . SHAME ON THE SENATORS. ...SHAME , SHAME !
