They are trained in every aspect of hepatitis C, offer a friendly atmosphere that would put your mind at ease, and they also have confidentiality guidelines set in place.

You can also meet other people in the same situation as yourself by attending their support groups, be able to talk about your fears as well as be informed of what is available to you.

Treatment can be overwhelming, especially if you are in a situation where you have no one to help you or support you.

If your partner or family member or friend has hepatitis C and you want to support them, there is also help and information available for you.

They can be contacted by telephone or emails if you wish to remain anonymous.

If you would like to become a volunteer at the council, you would be most welcome.
