There may be someone in your workplace who has HCV.
You cannot tell by looking at someone if he or she has this virus.
You may have some questions or concerns about working with someone who has
HCV. You may feel afraid of HCV or wonder if you can get it. It is human
nature to fear illness, especially an illnessyou know nothing about.
However, there is no reason to fear HCV.
The purpose of this fact sheet is to provide accurate information and
reassurance to those working with someone who has HCV.

Download this Fact Sheet from HCV Advocate for guidelines:

I just found out that I have hep c and I didnt know that i didnt have to tell my boss. I work in a Little Caesers and they told me they had to put me on suspension till I can get something from a doctor saying that no one at work can get. And that I cant contaminate the food at work. Can they do this to me? I have six kids I have to help support.
